By downloading, installing, or using RoomMax ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

RoomMax is an AI-powered interior and exterior design application that allows users to visualize design changes to spaces using artificial intelligence technology. The App provides tools for:

• Uploading and editing photos of interior and exterior spaces
• Applying AI-generated design modifications
• Saving and sharing design concepts
• Accessing various design styles and customization options

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

RoomMax offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions:

• Are billed through the Apple App Store
• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Can be managed through your Apple ID account settings
• May include free trial periods as specified

Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. User Content

By uploading content to RoomMax, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a license to use, process, and display your content within the App
• Confirm you have the right to upload and use the content
• Agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content

6. Intellectual Property

All App content, features, and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by 100 Ideaz, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any third-party rights
• Use the App to generate inappropriate or harmful content

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of AI-generated designs
• Suitability for professional use
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100 Ideaz, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
